That sounds so delicious. <br /><br />Yeah, it was such a crazy time but writing again helps.Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03794646317737225407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4757011523222959309.post-79571295361495511752011-08-24T19:57:13.568-04:002011-08-24T19:57:13.568-04:00I've been trying to think of something to say ...I've been trying to think of something to say about this post and the best I can come up with is "damn".<br /><br />Good on you to wear the same dress. <br /><br />Here's the recipe:<br /> Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method<br />-------- ------------ --------------------------------<br /> 1 tablespoon olive oil<br /> 1 small onion -- diced<br /> 3 cups cooked spinach -- drained, squeezed<br /> 1 cup half and half<br /> 1/2 cup ricotta cheese -- non-fat ok<br /> 1/2 cup parmesan cheese<br /> 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese<br /> pinch nutmeg<br /> black pepper -- to taste<br /> 1/2 cup bread crumbs<br /><br />Preheat oven ready 2 quart saute pan on medium heat. Add oil and heat an additional minute. Add onions and saute until transparent, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and saute, thoroughly mixing spinach and onion. Reduce heat and stir in half and half, ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan, gorgonzola, nutmeg and black pepper. Heat through. In a separate bowl mix the remaining parmesan and bread crumbs.
